- What is necessary to set-up a mail
account?
Complete the on-line application form, provide payment, sign our
contract for service and we will forward you a welcome package with
your new address by the next business day.
Before your mail can be shipped to you from our office you must
complete a US Postal Form 1583 have it notarized and returned to us
with the appropriate forms of ID.

How do I pay for my
shipments?
You may pay your initial fees by check, money order, Visa, MC or
Discover. This will include your first month's service, postage
deposit and one-time set-up fee. After this, you may choose to pay
monthly by check or credit card. (You may also prepay your account
at any time.)

How do I advise you to change my shipping
address?
You can contact us by phone at American Home Base during business
hours or advise us of an address change by e-mail 24 hours a
day. There is no limit to the number of times you may change
your shipping address.
